At San Marino we pride ourselves on the produce we buy, all our food is freshly prepared on the premises. Our fish is sourced from A & O Seafood, with daily deliveries of fresh fish, our game comes from the local estate which we support. Fresh pheasants all through the shooting season are a plenty. Venison is shot and prepared by Adam Chapman the founder of San Marino, including rare breed Saddleback pigs which Adam rears for pork. Our fruit & vegetables are purchased from Your Produce who is based in Bolton. Our meat is from Lakes speciality foods in the Lake district. We only use premium quality hung beef.
We believe at San Marino that our customers deserves the best quality at affordable prices, by making on the premises the majority of our food we can keep the price just right.
